How To Make White Chocolate Brownies (Blondies)

I decided to try this recipe out and it turned out great! Which I then decided to share. Hopefully you will enjoy them as much as I did.Super easy to make. Serves 18.

125g Butter
3 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 Cups of all-purpose flour
1 Block of white chocolate
1 Egg
1 Can of condensed milk
1 tsp Salt
Powdered sugar, to dust (Optional)

1. Preheat your oven to 170 degrees. Line a baking sheet in any kind of baking tin/pan.
2. On medium heat, combine white chocolate and butter together in a saucepan until fully melted.
3. Turn off the heat. Add in the rest of the ingredients; Vanilla extract, flour, egg, condensed milk and salt. Mix them together until it's fully combined. Make sure there are no lumps.
4.Pour in your white chocolate brownie mixture into a pan and bake for 25 minutes. Make sure not to overcook.
5. Remove from the oven and let it cool.
6. Dust some powdered sugar and serve!
