A little bit of everything

Mini Lip Balm Collection + Thoughts

Here's my mini lip balm collection which I am sure 99% of us girls have. I constantly buy new lip balm all the time and I never finish the ones I already have, which then ends up to me having multiple lip balms lying around. Don't even get me started when Baby Lips use to be the bomb, I still have all the flavours and colours of every single Baby Lips that was ever put out.

I have been using all of these for quite some time now, switching them every now and then. So I made a list from my most favourite to my least favourite and my thoughts on each and every product here.

1. Burt's Bees
If you haven't read my August Favourites yet then you wouldn't know how much I love this lip balm. It comes in 7 different flavours (I have the pink grapefruit, which smells like sprite in my opinion) and it's made with real bee's wax so if you haven't guessed already, It's really good. Trust me on this. Give it a try if you ever see it in the shops.

2. Oriflame Lip Balm
This Oriflame lip balm is actually pretty close with Burt's Bees. It's really moisturising and also comes in different flavours (I have almond and coconut). I use to use this all the time despite all the other lip balms I had, before I found out about my new bae aka Burt's Bees.

3. EOS
EOS is something I don't understand what the hype is all about, it's also a lot more expensive than Burt's Bees and Oriflame. I'm not hating on EOS I just don't understand why it's so pricey? It does exactly like any other lip balms do, moisturizes etc... I just didn't feel like it was as good as Burt's Bees, but it's still good. I don't even know what i'm trying to say anymore! haha.

4. Labello
I actually just picked this up cause I was out with my mom during winter time and my lips were as dry as the Sahara dessert. I was desperate for anything that could help my lips to look normal again. I guess it's just like any other lip balms you find next to the cashier section with the other little bits and bobs they try to seduce you to buy.

5. L'occitane
L'occitane is usually good when it comes to their other products but this one is a big NO. First off I hate the smell, just doesn't smell right. You know when you just smell something and there's just something that seems a little bit off? Yeah... It's sticky which some people might like but I don't when it comes to lip balms. I like my lip balms to feel nice and easy to apply. It kind of reminds me of some kind of bad lipgloss. I don't even know.

What's in your lip balm collection?

  1. I'm guilty of having a mini lip balm collection as well! I love my labello. Didn't get the hype of the EOS either! I guess I must try the Burts Bees one next! xoxo
