A little bit of everything

Happy Midsummer!

Happy midsummer to everyone who celebrates it!!! For those of you who don't know what midsummer is, it's basically a day where you spend time drinking, barbequing and enjoying the summer day. Although it was pretty cold here in Finland this year, which kind of sucks but you just got to make the most out of it.

I don't really know personally what the day is actually for, but I think it has something to do with christianity if i'm not wrong.

Day 1

I celebrated my midsummer eve as you call it by grilling near the beach with my lovely friends and ate some sausages. We also tried to go see the bonfire they made but apparently we were too late so it kind of died out... To be honest the bonfire they made was pretty lame.. Shouldn't it be on for the whole night? It was literally there for maybe 30 minutes to 1 hour before it just turned into a pile of wooden sticks with some small flames burning. #NotSatisfied

Day 2

Aka midsummer day! Midsummer day consisted of the exact same things as day one (I'm so spontaneous), but different location. Today was ALOT more cold than day 1 since it was practically raining all day... Had some fun with friends and the lovely golden retriever you see there... she's my new bae.

As far as I know only the baltic countries celebrate midsummer but do you celebrate midsummer where you live?

(Can you tell how much I love that denim jacket? I wear it in 99% of my pictures. #SorryNotSorry)
